AlgoCloud seems to default to a 10k value, when my deposited amount to the bot in eToro is significantly less, leading to inaccurate and wrong P/L numbers, returns etc.
Hi, I’m hitting this same issue on a fresh connection today. I connected my eToro Agent Portfolio (allocated $1,500) via API keys, and after linking, AlgoCloud shows Equity of $10,000.00 for this connection instead of $1,500 - even after refreshing. Since this thread is marked Completed, could you confirm: (1) is this a display-only bug, or does it also affect how trade sizes are calculated for strategies running on this connection, and (2) what should I do on my end to get it to reflect the correct $1,500 balance? I don’t want to deploy a live strategy until I know trade sizing is based on the correct amount. Thanks!

Hello,
This discrepancy probably happened because the eToro Portfolio Agent was activated. The agent reserves a certain amount of money for trading, and this amount is then deducted from the tradable balance in AlgoCloud. We have sent you an email with detailed info.
